Anastacia Rueda
Instructor | U.S. Pilates™ LLC
Anastacia is a Certified Classical Pilates USA™ instructor who found Pilates after years of high-impact exercise. With a background of cheerleading, she wanted to find a healthy way to move her body as well as to strengthen & stretch the muscles that would make her feel tense. Pilates has made her more aware of her body as well as strengthening her core. Her goal for her clients is to improve their mind-body connection and awareness.
Anastacia became a certified instructor in 2024 after completing over 600 hours of teacher training through Classical Pilates USA™. She trained under Mary Ellen Liacos, Teacher Trainer for U.S. Pilates® LLC; Sheila Mello Teacher Trainer for U.S. Pilates® LLC; Jennifer O’Mara Principal and Senior Teacher Trainer for U.S. Pilates® LLC; and David Freeman Principal, and Senior Teacher Trainer for U.S. Pilates™ LLC. A Connecticut native, Anastacia moved to Western Mass to attend UMass Amherst, where she obtained a B.S. in Natural Resource Conservation with a focus in Wildlife Conservation & Ecology in 2022. She works seasonally with Mass Audubon, teaching nature programs to children. Anastacia is also a certified Reiki First Degree practitioner of the Usui Shiki Ryoho system, and pursuing a Zen Shiatsu apprenticeship.
