Office Manager

Lydia and her family moved to Amherst from the UK in 2022 and she has found great joy in becoming part of this little pocket of Western Mass.

 

A High School PE teacher for 15yrs before moving to the US and active in competitive sports since forever, Lydia has relished adding another movement methodology to her experience. 

 

Mum to 3 very energetic boys under 10, there isn’t any problem or request she can't handle. Lydia looks forward to connecting with you all, whether that be welcoming you to our Studio for the first time or helping you add a new class to your Pilates practice. You can find her in the Office or maybe alongside you in a class, and is always happy to help!
