PRIVATE LESSONS- 55-minute private lessons in our fully equipped studio focus on meeting the individualized needs of students through the core holistic approaches of the Pilates and GYROTONIC® methodologies.  These sessions offer a chance to explore one’s personal approach with access to all of our specialized equipment.

SEMI-PRIVATE LESSONS- 55-minute semi-private lessons of 2 students in our fully equipped studio allow you to receive personalized attention in an intimate group setting. The focus of these classes is building a wellness routine on our equipment that can enhance or be the foundation of your exercise regimen. Our staff will coach you through Pilates and GYROTONIC® goals and build a program specifically for your body.

Duet Lesson (2 people)

Single Lesson - $80

10 Lessons - $750

MAT CLASSES-  Group Pilates lessons have a maximum of 5 people and allow you to pursue fitness in a supportive community, while receiving individualized attention. Classes will be offered both in-person and online!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy – Balanced Birch Studio, LLC

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to pay the full price for the lesson. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
